Chef Dino has started his carrier in Chef Industry since 1999.Chef Dino was joined Nikko Hotel as 3rd Commis with Nikko Hotel Kuala Lumpur somewhere in 2000.Later on his Joined Lemongrass Restaurant Fine Food Ltd in 2003.As new guy in the Company his joined as the first stage as a Kitchen Helper.From that point,he has show a good commitment and afford towards his job and has been promoted to Chef de Partie in opening team.His responsibility was to insure the New Outlet of Lemongrass Restaurant in well organise and implemented accordingly to the standard of operation.Since his joined the Lemongrass Restaurant,he was opened 14 Restaurant in Ireland Nation wide and 1 in the Belfast,Northern Ireland UK.In 2006 he moved to Wagamama Restaurant in Dublin 2 as Kitchen manager.Wagamama Restaurant is One of famous Japanese Restaurant in Dublin.It worldwide Restaurant brand which base in United Kingdom.The is more than 9 Restaurant in whole Europe country.
